Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your class time so you can set up your mat, get settled and mentally prepare for practice. The door will lock at the start of class to ensure the studio’s and participants safety, so please arrive on time.
Yes! We require all participants in our classes to wear Grip Socks for health and safety reasons.Grip Socks ensure improved stability and direct contact with the mat which is essential for your safety during class. Regular socks won't provide the necessary grip.
If you don't have a pair, no worries! We sell Studio Grip Socks at the studio. You can purchase them here and pick them up before your class.
We recommend stretchy, comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. A water bottle, small towel and a mat. If you forget your mat - no worries! We have mats for you to use or you can purchase one at the shop.
We offer a wide range of classes that are accessible to all levels. If you’re looking for an active strengthening and sculpting class, try Strenght & Shape. For an active, relaxing full body stretch try out Balance & Flow. For a calm and restful yoga experience try Renew and Restore Flow.
