The Founder

Hello!!  I'm Keadie and I'm so excited you reached this far into our website. A little about my experience as an instructor.  Yoga took me out of my mind and into my body during a very stressful time in my life, while Pilates gave me structure and strength to help me get through it. I fell in love with the fluidity of Yoga and the dynamic movement of Pilates and now I blend the two to create classes that feel both grounding and empowering. 


My goal was to build a space that feels truly inclusive where everyone can move, breathe and make it their own. Whether you're here to flow, strengthen, or simply reconnect, there's always a mat for you.

In 2023, she became a qualified Pilates instructor, believing deeply in the healing power of movement.   • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we’re all ready on our mats at the start of class.The door will close when the class starts. 


  • All purchases are final sale, there will be no refunds on packages, memberships or drop-ins. We are confident you will enjoy your experience.

  • Luuma Studio is a shoe-free facility, please remove your shoes and place them on the shoe rack when you enter. This will ensure the floor stays clean, as well, having our grip socks for pilates or being barefoot for yoga will ground you which is very important in your practice.
  • Don’t worry if you forget your mat, you can make use of our ma

  • Place your items in one of our cubbies at the back, we recommend leaving any valuables at home as it is an open space.
  • We love chatting and socialising, but please keep the volume low out of respect to the teacher and other participants.
  • Please turn off phones or keep them on silent. No phone-usage during class as this can be very disruptive. This is your time to disconnect with the outside world and focus inwards.

To fully enjoy the class experience, please stay until the end of the class. If you must leave early, place your mat near the back door of the room to minimize disruption. 


If you need a break during the session, feel free to lay down or take a childs pose on your mat until class is over.
