I fell in love with Pilates through the emphasis of the mind-body connection.
I enjoy challenging the common misconception that Pilates is so much more then just “a good stretch”.
I hope to cultivate strength and body awareness as well as nice sweat in my classes
I have a background in nursing and more recently health promotion and public health. I completed my yoga teacher training in 2020 as the more I learned about it the more I wanted to share it with others.
I find that challenging our physical and mental limits through yoga can build resilience and demonstrate to us how capable and strong we are.
I teach vinyasa style flows which incorporate breath with movement and focus on a combination of strength, flexibility and mobility.
I also like to bring some creativity into my sequencing and aim to bring a sense of lightness and exploration into my classes. I hope to leave students feeling fulfilled, balanced, and energised at the end of the class.
